Emalox Norway was a popular mid-century manufacturer known for bright, colorful enameled aluminum bowls and plates, designed primarily by Bjørn Engø, produced from the mid-1950s to the late 1960s in Oslo, winning design awards for affordable yet good-looking everyday items before being acquired by Nordisk Aluminiumindustri.
