21-161 Skol Denby Milnor Sweden 1970s Bar Set

A gallery favorite. “Skol” crystal barware from Denby Milnor, Sweden. Discontinued in the 1970s. This set was never used and still has the original labels. The set includes a Martini pitcher with wand, a decanter with stopper, and five perfectly sized tumblers. The base is triangular, a very cubist form. See these in person: they are spectacular. Very heavy, well-balanced design. Extraordinary in terms of size, weight and style. No signs of use. This clear color is hard to find. It’s the most desirable because it does not tint the color of the beverage. Note: the tumblers are smaller than your average lowball. They fit normal ice cubes, but not the giant cube/ball style that is so popular.
